During a recent assessment of the Ineffable Blessings, Torments, and End Times (IBTET) Department, it was brought to our attention that the line management structure of the Apocalypse division was not to the standard expected by our Trustee. In order to correct this, the follow changes are being made to the division.

1. The position of Apocalypse Director (A.D.) has been created. This position is intended to bridge the gap between the Trustee and the End Times operatives.
2. The positions of Horseman (4 posts) will report directly to the A.D., and will continue in the line management of the other End Times operatives. 
3. In view of his overarching skill set and extensive previous experience, Death has been strategically repositioned into the post of A.D. Any questions or complaints over this should be forwarded to the A.D. for consideration.

As a result of these changes, a vacancy is now available in the Apocalypse division. Please circulate the following advert through the relevant professional bodies.

Period: Eternity (subject to a 6-month probation period)
Salary: Commission-based - basic salary at band 2 level guaranteed, additional commission (generally soul-based) dependant on performance.

Description: The Apocalypse division is hiring into the role of horseman (or horsewoman). In this role, you will be expected to manifest a dark and destructive aspect of human nature, and to employ this aspect at every opportunity on Earth. You will be a guiding and instructive leader for the End Times operatives working under you, and a catastrophic force of nature for any mortals that stand in your way, while also ensuring that the division remains up-to-date with current human technology and trends. We see this role as both traditional and progressive, and you should be able to combine the best of our current strengths with the opportunities that the technological age can bring us.

You must have experience of project and equipment management (including training for the correct storage and handling of flaming swords), and be prepared to expand your area of destruction to a global scale on short notice. A willingness to travel is essential - there is a minimal travel budget, so own transport would be preferred, but this is open to negotiation for the right candidate.

In this role you will report directly to the Apocalypse Director, and have line management responsibilities for a number of End Times Operatives Managers (exact number to be finalised). You must be an independent worker who can take the initiative, but must also be capable of working in a small team of peers (up to 3 others, depending on the work), and larger teams consisting of the countless legions of the department's End Times army.

Interviews will be held the week of 5th December, where you will be expected to give a short presentation and provide a practical demonstration of whatever dark and destructive aspect you manifest. This post is expected to begin early in the new year
